CLUB414 RULES

1. NAME

1.1 Club 414 also known as ‘414’ or ‘414 Brixton’

1.2 Is a Nightclub, located at Club 414, 414 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton, London, SW9 8LF.

1.3 The Club opening hours are varied depending on promotion on at the time, please check the calendar for full schedule.

1.4 Club 414 reserve the right to close for urgent and scheduled maintenance.

2. MEMBERSHIP

2.1 Membership to the Club is via a website form. Membership is open and must be applied for online. Payment details will be required upon filling out this form prior to membership being delivered.

3. MEMBER CONTACT DETAILS

3.1 Members shall inform Club414 of any changes to their contact details (postal, phone and email address) or Bank details in writing or by email.

3.2 Club414 is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all member information. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all of the information we collect.

4. ADMISSION TO THE CLUB

4.1 Members and their guests will only be admitted to the Club during opening hours.

4.2 Members and their guests will be subject to security searches on every visit to the Club.

4.3 The Manager on duty may refuse entry to any member and their guest to the Club at their absolute discretion.

4.4 No food or beverages from outside are permitted to be consumed in the Club.

6. EXPULSION OF MEMBERS

6.1 The General Manager acting on behalf of the membership scheme may expel from the Club (or suspend membership for a specified period) for any member whose conduct, in the opinion of
the General Manager, might be injurious to the character or interest of the Club or render him/ her unfit to associate with other members of the Club.

6.2 If the member has their membership revoked by Management, there will be no refund of any fees paid.

7. CONDUCT OF MEMBERS

7.1 On each visit to the club all members shall pay any account due for food and drinks before leaving the Club (Should there be a tab in place).

7.2 No member shall remove, damage or destroy any artwork, item of furniture or any other articles belonging to the Club.

7.3 If a member or their guest causes the loss, damage or destruction of any such property as described above (8.2), the member shall bear full responsibility for making good all resulting in any loss.

7.4 Club 414 observes a zero-tolerance policy to drugs. If any member or other user is found in possession of, or using, illegal drugs or volatile substances, they will be asked to leave with a termination of membership. If they do not leave, the police will be called.

7.5 All personal belongings must be put in the cloakroom at all times, this includes bags, jackets etc.

8. CONDUCT OF GUESTS

8.1 Members introducing guests are wholly responsible for their conduct and ensure that their guests abide by the Rules of the Club.

9. MEMBERS PROPERTY

9.1 Property entrusted by a member or his guest to a member of staff for safe custody, or any other purpose does so entirely at their own risk.

9.2 Any items found in the Club after closing will be recorded in the lost property book, held for 28 days from the date found and then disposed of.

10. COMPLAINTS

10.1 Any incident that may occur in the Club or immediately outside the premises that involves a member, or the guest of a member, should be reported immediately to the General Manager, or to the manager on duty.

10.2 Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards staff members or guests of members will not be tolerated, and expulsion of the Club will be immediate.

12. ALTERATION OF THE RULES

12.1 Club414 reserve the right to amend these rules at any time, please check back regularly on this link for any changes.

13. BINDING EFFECT OF THE RULES

13.1 Every member shall be bound by these Rules.
